Copy automation and make a few changes
Setting up automations for first time. I have the first working well, but I need quite a few more that are going to be very similar but just a different workflow for a different type of deal. How can I make a copy of the first and then just make the changes to conditions and activities that I need.

You can easily duplicate an automation from within the automations screen - take a look at this 20-second video.

Thanks Liz - unfortunately I can't follow the video at all. Little black spec just jumps all over the screen. I tried slowly it down, but no luck. Still looking for answer - thought I had it yesterday - there's 3 little dots to open some options but I can't find those on my screen for automations.

You will find the option to duplicate here.
If you don't see this option, perhaps it is a permissions thing or a technical glitch which Pipedrive support can help with.
