Email signatures in campaigns

Hi,

I'm new to Pipedrive so forgive me if these are basic questions - I couldn't find the answers in this forum.

I'm creating a simple, unbranded email campaign with six emails and want to make it look like a regular Gmail email.

How do I add my normal signature to these emails?

Separately, is it possible to trigger the campaign manually once it's set up? I don't want this tied to an automated trigger action and I want to specify the delay between emails.

Thanks,

Tom

    Hi Tomas

Created person --> if you have an e-mail, send an e-mail with a template.

After opening the automation and importing the contacts, mail messages will start. "Remember, the pipedrive mail system allows you to send an email every 30 seconds". After sending mail to the people you have imported, you can turn off the automation.

    Hey Tomas,

Are you using Campaigns by Pipedrive to send your emails ? Or just the email sent into the automations (Thanks to your email sync) ?

For your second questions, all depends of what is your trigger on the automation. It could be a custom field that you only use for the activation of the campaign

I hope this explanation answers your question!

Do not hesitate to come back to me if necessary.

    Have a great day ! 👋

    Hey Lucas,

Well that in itself is an interesting question. Which one would you recommend I use for this situation:

I have a list of around 80 new contacts who I will need to add into Pipedrive. I'd like to add them to my six email sequence described in the original post. I can trigger the campaign manually, I don't need this triggered by an action as I'm worried that in future any new contacts will automatically be added to email sequence without my knowledge.

Is it possible to do this and add my gmail signature so it looks like a genuine email and not a marketing newsletter?

    Hi Tomas,

If you are using e-mail campaigns, you can add your visual mail signature to the bottom of the template you choose.

If you are using automation, you can add it manually under the template you will use.

    Best regards

Thanks @inacyakup but its the automation piece I'm struggling with. I can't seem to create one without an automated trigger - I just want to import a list of contacts, hit 'send' manually and let the email sequence play out. I don't want to use an auto-trigger because i want this to be an isolated sequence.

It looks like campaigns only let me send a single email rather than a sequence. Please can you advise if its possible for me to set up an automated sequence but with a manual trigger?

Along with Pipe Drive i have recently came across Exclaimer and a few more email signature management softwares. you should really check them out for some exclaimer signature quotes

    Hi @Tomas,

Welcome to Pipedrive! It's great to see you're setting up your email campaigns. To add your normal signature to Pipedrive emails, you can manually paste your HTML email signature into the body of each email in the campaign editor. If you often update your signature or use different signatures for different roles or promotions, consider using a tool like Exclaimer, which can automate and standardize signatures across all your email campaigns effortlessly.

As for triggering campaigns manually, once you've set up your email campaign in Pipedrive, you can indeed start it manually. You can also control the timing between emails by setting up the delay in the workflow itself, giving you flexibility on when each email should go out without relying on automated triggers.

I hope this helps, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
