Room Calender

Is there a way to sync a “public” calendar which acts as a room or a tool calendar, where you can invite the calendar so that everyone sees when the conference room is occupied? Preferably without an extra user because that costs extra.

Hi Franz,

You can use google calendar. Google calendar can be integrated Pipedrive. The user who wants to create a meeting can set the meeting time according to the availability status of the room.

Firstly created a meeting activity. Then add to calendar.

Example: 28 July at 13.00-14.00.
