    CONSULTANT

I would definitely recommend JustCall or Aircall.

Just call and Aircall integrations only allow for certain countries and are much more expensive than caller. It causes a lot of damage, especially to companies using the Pipedrive application in Turkey. I think that with the removal of the Caller application, more than one Turkish company will switch to another CRM application.

    I agree with your assessment @inacyakup !

We actually tested external caller solutions in September 2022 (I will emphasize that we did this on our own and NOT because Pipedrive would actively inform us about their planned mistake a.k.a. decision to decommission Internal Caller) and the result was:

NONE of them delivered the truthfully seamless integration and the ease of use that the Internal Caller provided.

Any of the arguments provided so far for deciding this abysmal change for the worse seem really out-of-touch with customers who actually use the product.

    Simply disappointing.

I hope that pipedrive will abandon the decision to close the caller

Just received an e-mail from Pipedrive that the Caller feature will only be decommissioned at the END OF 2023.

So it looks like the wrong decision to decommission has at least been postponed.

This is progress, best to completely undo the decision taken of course.

None of the testing (JustCall, Cloudtalk etc.) has been as satisfying and easy to use (incl. actual full integration and seamless capturing of data).
