Can I create a filter for my recipients in a campaign?

Can I create a filter for my recipients in a campaign to include only the people who did not open the original campaign.

So, I have tried to filter it as several different ways that include "Total Open Campaigns," "Campaign Opens," "Is less than," 0. Each time it is still including the people who already opened the original message.

    Hi @mshirer!

    I am not sure if this will help but I created this filter that may show what you are looking for. I went to the person list view and filters for person campaign opens (add the specific campaign title) is 0 as well as Person campaign title is (add the specific campaign title). This should hopefully show you contacts that have received a specific campaign but those who have not opened that specific campaign-
