How do I sync our exchange server emails?

I had several contacts with the pipedrive support team about this topic, but nobody seemed to be an expert in this matter: How do I sync our exchange server emails?

We tried all variants for entering our server the the exchange user name including https://owa.example.info/EWS/Exchange.asmx

We host our own exchange email server (owa.example.info) and IMAP is not available. I tested an other CRM and successfully connected to our mails.

But I really like pipedrive

What settings do we need for our server to be able to sync our emails with PD?

    I recently experienced a similar issue with the site of a client I was working with...

    You can use the Exchange feature in the Advanced settings options


    The client was also kinda emotionally attached to Pipedrive, so I'd to get it done, lol.
