Include email signature of a user to the Automation emails

Hi,

I have an automation that when a deal has been moved to a different stage, it will send an email. However, when it sends a message, it would only send the body of the email template and it does not include the user/sender's signature.

Is there a way to include the user/sender's email signature on this automation?

    i think the problem will be solved when you add a signature under the automation.

    I do not see any settings for the signature in the automations. If there is one - it is not in an easy location to be found.

    I found out where the setting is. Add a step between "instant condition" and

    action"


    Then select the Use email signature.

    It appears that it needs to be selected twice. Not sure. Good luck, everyone lol
