Is it possible to schedule a zoom for onboarding?

I m considering subscribing to pipe drive, but if the only way I can learn to use their product is waiting 2 weeks for a "webinar" and I have ZERO ways to even email this company, then, I m pissed and will leave this "service". Guess I m just old fashioned, but I expect some help when I pay for a product.


Is there a way to get a hold of a human being (not some annoying "bot") to set this up?

    I would recommend taking a look at the Pipedrive Academy for tutorials on how to get the most out of Pipedrive. I think of our academy as "Pipedrive school" where you can take courses on how to use Pipedrive! You can do this whenever you are available so you don't have to wait! You can also view the Pipedrive Glossary if you need assistance defining any "Pipedrive Terms."

    We also have recordings of our past live webinars that you can watch at your convenience. These webinars give a product walkthrough by our Product managers here at Pipedrive to provide the best ways to optimize your product usage. You can watch the product walkthroughs here!

    Our Knowledge Base is also a good place to go if you have a specific question about a topic. You can search specific terms and read about important FAQs! This is great if you have a quick question on a specific topic!
