Refresh issues, chat not active etc

All our users are having issues with pages not refreshing in pipedrive.

When hitting "inbox" as an example the page is blank until refreshed with the browsers update.

This happens all the time.

Furthermore:

I cannot click "chat" with customerservice anymore - the link is just dead.

I cannot click contact customerservice the link is just "https://estaldoaps.pipedrive.com/settings/security-alerts#!"

How can we get help?

Are we the only ones in trouble here?
