Best email templates to use?

Hi all,

When sending out Automation email campaigns, is it best to use an email templates that you can create in the contacts section or a campaign template or create a campaign from the Automated campaigns section, or indeed directly within the Automation section?

It's very confusing!

    You can send emails that you create within campaigns only to users who are registered to your newsletter, but you can send the templates that will be created in the email to all users in the system
