How do I extract a list of all contacts that are not currently in a lead or deal queue?

I'm trying to extract a list (for segmentation) of all contacts where those contacts are not currently already assigned to a leads queue or to an active deal.

How do I do this?

Add a condition for open deals = 0.

The same should be available for leads too, ideally.
