Dynamic links and images in email templates

We have several custom fields that we would like to use for dynamic links and images in email templates. If those features are not planned, are we allowed to at least do custom HTML and code ourselves?

    We would like to use the value in a field to swap out images. For example, a Product field could be added with a link to an image of the product. We could do this ourselves if we had the ability to put in HTML code. Does this make sense?

    Hi @Meher , yes, we would like to follow up on this too. We are trying to send artwork approvals, and copying and pasting images into smart docs is very laborious. One order can have 5 x products in it, each requiring artwork approval.

    We are in the process of building an app with Airtable/Softr/Zapier for our art team to use, and we need a way for Pipedrive to pull each approved artwork into a smart doc - hence the need for dynamic images.

    I know the original request was for emails (which would actually mean perhaps for us, no need for our new app), but Smart docs is also in need of the ability to pull in dynamic images.
