I have recently added my colleagues to PipeDrive. When looking at deals, he does not have access to the emails that I have sent in connection with the deals.
How can I give him access to this?

You can solve this problem by opening the email address in pipedrive.

I can’t say for certain, but the most common cause of this is that the email sharing settings are not set to share all linked email conversations with others in the company. If you did not have your colleagues in Pipedrive previously, you may never have noticed. This video explains the different email linking and sharing settings.
