We use MS Teams for both collaboration and as our phone system. Can I configure teams as the default calling app?

Try to set up standard callto handler and set up teams as standard in your operating system or your explorer. This can be the solution.

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration and communication platform that includes features such as chat, video conferencing, file sharing, and integration with other Microsoft 365 apps. On the other hand, Pipedrive is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform focused on sales and managing customer interactions.

While both Microsoft Teams and Pipedrive offer integration capabilities with various third-party applications, there is no built-in or native integration between Microsoft Teams Phone System and Pipedrive as of my last update.

However, you might be able to create some level of integration using third-party tools or by leveraging APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) provided by Microsoft Teams and Pipedrive. This could involve creating custom workflows or using automation platforms to connect the two systems.

If you are interested in integrating Microsoft Teams Phone System and Pipedrive, I recommend checking the official websites of both platforms for any recent updates on integrations or seeking advice from IT consultants or developers who are experienced with integrating different software solutions.

Keep in mind that software offerings and integrations can change over time, so it's always a good idea to refer to the most recent and official documentation for the latest information.

You could possibly use Zimple's OneClick to create a button that triggers Make or Zapier to start a Teams call.
