Hi

I'd like the ability to hide/show Person custom fields on a per Pipeline basis case please.

An example use case is as a mortgage broker, I have seseparateipelines for mortgages and insurance. So I have a bunch of insurance-specific Person custom fields which currently also are visible in the Mortgage pipeline, cluttering up the field list.

Even better would be if we could set the fields to only be visible at certain stages of specific pipelines.

Please can you raise this as a new feature request.

Thank you.

Graham

Hi @Graham Cox , is this something where you could use Deal fields for specific pipelines? The difficulty with using the same logic for Person custom fields is that a person may be linked to many deals across many pipelines.

    Hi Manuel,

Unfortunately not. It's because I have to produce suitability reports for the mortgage and insurance policies (as a regulatory requirement) using smart docs and the reports require Person specific fields. For example, I have a Person custom field to specify if the Person is a smoker or non-smoker for an insurance suitability report. I have many other similar fields that are person specific.

Re the 'difficulty' comment, wouldn't that be resolved if we could just specify which pipeline(s) the Person field applied to?

    Thank you.

    Thanks Manuel

Do you know if Grouped / Categorised custom fields are imminent? I think it was mentioned in the summer webinar they were slated for a September release.

This both excites me and concerns me at the same time. But I have to say, you folks have been able to do some great development over the years while still maintaining a mostly clean and great user experience.
