Sync with e-Automate

We're an imaging and IT company, looking to utilize Pipedrive to help us manage client relationships, and track leads and sales. Question: anyone else in our industry using Pipedrive? And does anyone know about syncing with e-Automate?

It's not something I'm familiar with ... there's a few solutions around with similar names.
