Automations not available

Hi All, we have the Business subscription level and I have Admin role level but I do not have access to Automations? Is this something that needs to be set up if so how please?

    Don't you ever see the automation section? or does the automation field appear, but you can't create automation? can you explain a little more.

    No don't see the automation "lightning" on left panel or any reference to automation on any templates.

    Maybe you can try the new feature to customize your icons in the left panel, and find it there?
