Alternative for Caller?

Hi, our renewal of the caller feature will be discontinued on 31/08/2023, which alternative is the best to choose in terms of calling apps and why so I can suggest this to my managing director! I would like to receive feedback today! with kind regards, Eric Jan.

Try one between JustCall or Aircall.

Just received an e-mail from Pipedrive that the Caller feature will only be decommissioned at the END OF 2023.
So it looks like the wrong decision to decommission has at least been postponed.
This is progress, best to completely undo the decision taken of course.
None of the testing (JustCall, Cloudtalk etc.) has been as satisfying and easy to use (incl. actual full integration and seamless capturing of data).
