Propose Time link added to a shared e-mail template

How do you use Propose Time in a shared e-mail template. Right now when my partner uses the template in question, the Propose Time function will check my calendar and add a meeting in my calendar, not the sender of the e-mail.

That is problematic and a consequence is that we would have to change our shared templates from “Standard intro e-mail” to “Standard intro e-mail User1”, “User2” etc.

Does anybody have a smart workaround for this problem? If I have not understood the function and could be corrected, please do.

    Hi, As you mentioned, you could create multiple template variants for each user. Did you know you can have as many Propose Time links as needed for every user?
