Scheduler activities - option to set default to 'Free' - to allow multiple booking

Our company carries out survey visits; clients can book an am or pm slot (between 1pm-5pm for example). However, Scheduler doesn't allow for multiple slots, so once the slot is taken, nobody else can book the same afternoon. It would be good to be able to set the scheduler appointments to Free or Busy, or have an option to set number of appointments, i.e. max 4 people can book before it disappears from the calander option. I've yet to find a calendar app that allows for this option. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi @Sharon

    This is a nice idea for the future, thank you! In Pipedrive right now, Scheduler is meant to record the activities as busy exactly to block the one timeslot for everyone else. But I understand the idea and need for different types of group events. Something for us to keep in mind for the future.
