emails synchronisation in Deals
Hello Pipedrive community !
I can't manage to synchronise the emails for all the Deals I've created.
To my great surprise, for some cases, all the emails are there, and for others (the vast majority), no email appears.
I tried to compare all the files; all the information was entered identically for each case... And yet not everything works in the same way.

There could be a number of reasons why that is happening as there are a few rules that need to be followed for the emails to automatically sync with deals
