Embedding link and thumbnail (to a video) in email

Hi there - I'm creating a 6 stage automated campaign and am trying to embed a link and thumnail to a short video hosted on Vidyard, i have done this before on other email platforms but this is the first time using Pipedrive Campaigns and the thumbnail does not seem to be appearing. Anyone able to help on this?

    I believe it might be possible but it could depend on a few things OR it might also be that the video needs to be hosted on Youtube or Vimeo for it to show the thumbnail, like this section shows: https://sharing.pipedrive.com/i/H7bOKo
