Setting up reports/views to see when Organisations haven't been contacted in a while

This is a bit of a vague question but hoping someone has some good, creative ideas of how I can use PipeDrive for my use case. We're setting up an investor CRM and I'd like to be able to see at an organisation level (vs deal level) when we've had no contact with anyone in the organisation for a while (i.e a rotting concept but at the org level rather than deal level). This would include activities like meetings or also emails which we've synced.

Any clever ways to do this and set up some automations to be able to be prompted to contact people if x days has passed?
