Support Ticket Software that shows support tickets in Pipedrive widgit?
My sales team is exhausted not being able to easily see open or historical support tickets and their status in pipedrive.
We currently use freshdesk, but would make a change in a heartbeat if we could get the ticket data into pipedrive.
Anyone have a recommendation?

Have you considered just using pipedrive for customer support by making a specific Support/Cases pipeline and just using deals in that pipeline as zero dollar support cases? Pretty sure pipedrive now supports pipeline specific custom deal fields so this would make this much easier that before it did that.

We would love to see ticketing in PipeDrive. We see pipedrive as the missing piece for CRM, Sales, Projects etc. If pipedrive had ticketing, it would be our only system outside of billing and would be a dream. I'd have 10 users on it today just for ticketing.
We also use FreshDesk currently!
