How to sync Gmail Catagories

Hi,

I have been an avid Gmail user and enjoy the categories feature of Gmail separating emails into 'inbox' 'promotions' and 'social'

Is there a way to have this sync with Pipedrive?

At present all email from the 3 categories get lumped into the inbox.

    Hi @NCC

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to have the folder/label that the email is in sync over to Pipedrive and have the email remain in that folder, however, in Pipedrive we do have email labels! You can see more on that here!

    Although these don't sync or connect to/from your provider, you can organize your emails once they arrive in Pipedrive by using these labels! I hope this helps!
