I cant send group email - Missing field

Hello i am trying to send a personnalised email to a group of people

I have an excel with :

  • E-mail
  • Nom

So i put those personnalised field in my email template

but i cant send a group email and dont understand what is wrong

Can you help me please ?

    It appears to me that the recipient ORGANIZATION info may be missing from the database record. Preventing the merge field related to the organization name from being populated and therefore it will not send. Id suggest contact the in app Help support chat.
