It would be nice if the mail sent would be added directly in the planning (not only on the contact).

Can you elaborate what you mean exactly by 'planning'?

Yes ! I mean in the "activities" calendar where you can put the different activities day to day.

Perhaps the Contacts Timeline tab is what you're looking for.
