User settings - Block Deleting and editing Title Deals/Contacts and Activities.

Hello Community,

I'm wondering if there's a way to implement user-specific settings within PD, to restrict editing for certain users, especially when they are not the owner of a specific contact.

For example:

1. Blocking the ability to edit or delete deal titles.
2. Blocking the ability to edit or delete activity titles.
3. Restricting the ability to delete contact persons.
4. Preventing the release of pinned notes on top of deals.

It would be highly beneficial if I could manage these restrictions through user settings.

I managed to get the permissions almost as desired.

Only is there a way to block deal and activity title editing?

Glad to hear you got some of the steps done! Regarding the deal and activity title editing, this is not yet possible. We do have the option to make some fields view-only fields, however, that applies only to custom fields and not the default system fields.

I suggest that you add this feedback in the Ideas and Feedback section so other users can upvote this. The read-only fields are still a relatively new feature, so any feedback on how to make it better is great!
