One of my salespeople came to me disappointed that the celebration (bowling a strike, sinking a putt, etc) doesn't happen every time. He won five deals and "won" each of them in quick succession. Does timing play a role in the celebration happening? It may seem silly but this celebration moment really is enjoyed. Curious to know why that celebration wouldn't happen in some instances.
