How to alternate person-owner in automations or automatic assignment?
We have leads that come in as contacts and we do not use the leads tab in Pipedrive. Instead, we assign person-owner when someone fills out one of our forms. We want to start alternating who gets these contacts as they come in between 2 people. We cannot figure out how to alternate these contact owners.

I completely understand not using the Leads inbox. The best way to accomplish what you’re looking for is to create a Deal for each new person that comes in. Then, you will be able to set up Automatic Assignment for the Deal (https://opsdesignedllc.pipedrive.com/settings/auto_assignment) and create a rule to alternate assignment between your two people.
