There should be a preview for group emailing before sending
Hi,
I have a short feedback while using group emailing feature. It would be nice to have extra step, where you can check the preview of emails before sending them. Especially when you work with insterted custom fields, it can happen, that something can go wrong or some information is not stored correctly. This would be a nice safe check then.

Absolutely.
For something as critical as a group/bulk email, previewing will calm some nerves.

Thanks for quick response. I have already tested your sister software Mailigen as I was looking for alternative to Klenty. However, it is not a tool that fits our marketing needs. We are not doing subscription based email promoting, we need to send large email campaigns on the contacts in the market we know the contacts. So we need a tool, that is not treating mails as subscription.

Another bump, as this would be a really useful feature. Until it gets implemented, I'm going to need to use a different solution for sending group emails.

In Finnish nouns (including numbers) are conjugated and it's very hard to write a sentence structure where that doesn't happen. Since merge fields are usually nouns and often end up conjugated, it would be important to be able to preview each email, and fix the individual conjugations as needed, so the email actually looks like natural and correct language use. There are different forms and slightly different endings for different words, there isn't a single universal rule that can be written into the template that will always for for that particular merge field.

I've just started using Pipedrive and the first thing I wanted to do was a group email with customised fields.
It was quite scary sending the email out without the ability to preview it first. Has the preview feature been added yet?
If not, it would be great if it could be.

Bumping this up - considering how difficult it is to get clean leads data, without the preview feature, unfortunately, the bulk email option is quite useless.

Agreed - The addition of a preview step in the group email feature would be invaluable to our team. The absence of this step is currently hindering our utilisation of the feature.
