Partner Email Template Access

Options

As a partner seat you get access (once applied via settings) without the need to use other users' logins. However I've noticed a slight project block where I am configuring email templates, but the project plan requires the client to sync the correct email inbox. I cannot configure account specific email templates until the client has synced the account. I am hoping a feature can be developed for those who are allowed, to create email templates without the need to sync email inboxes.

    @Edie Mew just sync your email account in the partner license (and keep all email settings private) and then you'll be able to configure email templates before your client syncs their email.
