New filter for reports

I think you should make it possible for the reports to combine activity field and deals. I wanted to make a report which shows me how many offers did I sent (I have an activity field for this), and how much is the complete value of these deals. After contacting support I was told that there is no possible way to combine activity fields with deals.

I think this is a huge issue and I hope you can help me regarding this matter.
