New to PD - need help with Contacts back to Leads
Options
I have a bunch of contacts in PD but many are very cold and could do with re-qualifying, or starting again. Some are probably dead.
What is the best practice to move the Contacts back into Leads? Or is there a better option? If I manually add them as a lead I get a duplicate record!

You can use a custom field and workflow automation to create a Lead linked to a Person. Take a look at this 1.5-min video for a brief overview of the process.
