Is it possible to send information via E-Mail directly to the organization?

Hello, in our company only the sales team uses Pipedrive. We conduct annual meetings through our accountants with our customers. The accountants should document the annual meeting and provide us with information. Since there is only one universal Pipedrive mail address, an email cannot be sent or assigned directly to the respective customer account. Is there a possibility to send the mail of our accountants with the information about our customers directly to the respective organization in Pipedrive?

I can think of making this work with nocode platforms like Glide Apps and custom API calls or Make/Integromat or Zapier.

Hi @Ivory, You could use Relay.app (alternative to Zapier and Make) to do this. Disclaimer: I work there. My recommendation would be to set up a specific email alias for the accounts to send these emails too, then you can extract the relevant information and upload it to the right account in pipedrive starting from this template: https://www.relay.app/apps/gmail/integrations/pipedrive.

Trigger: Incoming email that matches the label you want

Action 1: Get correct organization

Action 2: Update activity with information from email
