Within our Pipedrive account, we need to be able to track how active staff are on individual deals.
Not via if they have created activities and then completed the activities.
I would suggest considering building a data pipeline using Coupler. You can then visualize the data from Google Sheets using Tableau or Looker Studio, or even Google Sheets. You can read more about building a data pipeline for Pipedrive in this article. You will however need to manually upload the notes to the Google Sheets workbook as Coupler doesn't export notes.
