Is it possible to let us know which page the web form was submitted from?

We reuse the same web form on multiple pages, but it would be nice to know which page the web form was submitted from to help with our analytics. This would be better than duplicating the form 10 times and placing a different form on each page to achieve the same thing.

When we get an email when someones has submitted from the Chatbot, the email gives us "Chatbot conversion URL". This is a nice feature. It would therefore also be nice to have a "Web Form conversion URL".
