Require a reason when a lead or deal is archived
In a similar concept to the 'Lost reasons' function in Deals, we would like the user to have to answer an 'Archive reason' question when archiving a lead or deal.
- Was a test
- Was a duplicate
Can you please add this to your feature requests.
I'd imagine you'd have a 'Require archive reason' company setting (yes/no toggle) so users can choose if they want this or not.
