Can someone help me understand why my team may not be getting their daily notifications?

I just needs some guidance as they say their notifications are on, they have checked their spam etc

    This sounds odd indeed, I would recommend that you reach out to Pipedrive support so we can do a thorough investigation into this with you! You can reach out via in-app chat or via email at [email protected].

    Typically we will request a screenshot of these users' sales assistant settings to ensure that the correct settings are enabled.

    Sometimes we recommend turning the settings off --> save --> on --> save as well to see if that corrects the issue.
