Having an audio notification and sending an email would be helpful.

Using the @mentions feature, the light comes but its very easy for the notification to get lost in a system where there's lots going on. You have to remember to look to see if the light is on, and then even if it is on, there's often irrelevant things showing. also a pain having to swap to other tools like outlook or teams to send notifications...

Can we please have a bit more visibility for @mentions in Pipedrive?
