Professional seats + basic seats

Is there a way of purchasing a larger amount of basic seats (just to use CRM) in combination with our existing professional seats?

    Hi @Nico Müller,

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to have different users with a different plan in one company at this time. Pipedrive Billing is per account for the number of seats in the account with the seat price set by the plan and billing frequency.

    This is feedback we get quite often, and I can say that the product team is currently looking into options to make this possible in the future. Thank you!

    @Nico Müller You can consider building a portal using Glide or Retool. The usage can vary from read-only access (simple) to data updates (more complex).
