Why am I unable to cancel the 'free trial' of Campaign's?
We're unable to cancel the free trial of the Campaign's module which means we can't increase the number of marketing subscribed contacts beyond 500. So, i tried to cancel the trial and go to a paid version to increase the number of subscribers. However i'm unable to cancel the trial and have to wait until the 14-days is finished!
Can anyone help me with regards to this?

I would be happy to help share some information on this!
You should have the option to skip the remainder of your campaigns trial from the billing tab in your account under manage add-ons like this:
If you experience any issues doing this, you can always reach out to our support team via in-app chat or email and we can help with ending your trial from our end!

I am also unable to cancel the remainder of the trial. The button shown in the example does not exist. How can I fix this, so that I can move on with creating and sending a campaign? Thanks!

I emailed support and got a message saying the channel isn't available. I clicked the chat bot to get help, but am in an automation loop with no access to a live support person to help me exit my trial. Have no idea what to do other than just wait for trial to expire.

When I try to get help, no matter what option I select to get to a live agent or support person, the chat portal closes out my conversation. How can I get a live person to help me? I tried emailing support, but keep getting a message saying the support email channel is not in service. I'm excited about using Pipedrive, but this is frustrating. Thanks!

I am sorry about your concern. We have implemented the bot to ensure the conversation is re-directed to the right team in support. So, within the bot, could you try to select the right category as a billing technical issue to ensure assistance from the respective team?
