Pipedrive Contact Us Form - linking to Google Analytics
Hi guys,
I am so frustrated and confused as to why Pipedrive doesn't connect to Google Analytics via the Contact Us Form feature. This is extremely important when it comes to tracking where traffic is coming from and knowing is marketing campaigns are working.
I have now had to fork out £120 a month to use an alternative app to connect my website form to google Analytics.
Pipedrive, when will you enable us to connect to GA?
And does anyone have any advice, cheaper alternatives I can use as £120 a month is crazy on top of the monthly payments with Pipedrive already. We are a small business...

I understand and feel the same here; if we don't have GA loopback and hidden fields to get data into Pipedrive, we can't use Pipedrive for inbound (without expensive and complex workarounds). But so far, after 3-4 years of pointing this out, there has been no feedback on the status or even if it's in the backlog. :/

We're in the same position here, we want to set up the meeting scheduler form booking and contact form booking as a conversion event in Google Analytics but there doesn't seem to be an affordable solution. Has there been any solutions found since this was posted in December?

Also keen to hear what's the solution that can capture the source/medium data for embedded/iframe forms like the ones Pipedrive offers. The workaround we've suggested to customers is either A. use another form tool or B. Send different campaigns to different forms. And neither is super convenient.

Thank you all for your valuable feedback. while Pipedrive currently does not have the option to track UTM parameters, which helps with tools like Google Analytics, normally, what we advise is having each source have its own webform with a prefix that allows you to segment each source specifically.
Alternatively, if you do want to track Google Analytics or UTMs, they can always do that by using the redirect option on the web form after it is submitted, but as this takes more work and expertise to set up, we generally do not advise this option unless you are familiar with tools.
