Campaign Click thrus to New Leads

We use campaigns a lot. We add any contacts who have clicked on a campaign link as a new lead. Currently this is a very manually intensive process. It would extremely more efficient if we could set up an automation using the Person default data filed "campaign click date" as a trigger and then be able to have the functionality to automate adding that person as a new lead. This would save us days of work!
