Products need additional features for a service business

We are a mortgage broker so what we sell is more like a service rather than a product. We don't have Unit prices, Cost, Direct Cost, Cost per unit, etc.

We REALLY need the ability to add Notes to a product similar to deals or contacts.

The only data we use for a product is contained in the side bar. The main area is not used at all so that is a lot of wasted space for companies that are service oriented.

It would also help if the Products details sidebar was updated to group fields like Deals and Contacts have now.
