What condition should be used to stop a workflow if the first email in the sequence is rejected, undeliverable, etc.? I see the following condition is available "email has been sent"/ "Is" / "False" but, I'm not sure that will stop the flow given that the email has been sent, just not delivered. Please advise. Thanks!

@rhgcp are you sending this email from the inbox sync? One way I have fixed this issue is to automate the bounced emails to mark the person record with a value that is "Email Status" = "Bounced." Then you set a conditional logic check before the second email and validate that field before you send it. Happy to hop on a quick call to help out.

@jaredkcreative - yes, I’m syncing my business msft 365 email account. Curious to learn what trigger or conditioned that you use to mark email status as bounced. Let me know when you could meet or send me your calendar link to set a time with you. Thanks!
