Deal Specific Survey / Feedback

We provide B2B services on a regular basis to the same clients. I want to be able to request feedback (via a survey) for each matter that we work on with a client. On Pipedrive we store each matter in a separate Deal.

Therefore, in order to prevent confusion I require several specific custom deal fields to be incorporated into the email and/or survey. So my client knows what matter I am asking for feedback on.

Plus I then need the results to filter back into the same specific deal on Pipedrive so we can see them next to the work that has been completed.

Does Pipedrive have this functionality via web forms or other?

Or is there a survey platform that offers both-way integration?

You will have to use Tally Forms with Make/Integromat or Zapier.

Thanks Amit. I thought as much that you would need Zapier / Make/Integromat.

Can you tell me why you suggest Tally forms above other providers of surveys or even Google forms?
