Uploading Files onto Deals

I uploaded some files onto one deal, and they appear instantly. But when I change tab and come again into the Files Tab, the files are no more there.

But when I search PipeDrive, i can see the file but still not under the Files tab.

    Have you tried refreshing page? Sometimes it's the page cache needing updated.

    Hello Josh

    I did but still not appearing.

    Herewith the steps I did to upload.

    STEP 1 :- Uploaded file 5Series

    STEP 2 :- I clicked on "Documents" tab

    STEP 3 :- I click back on "Files" tab and the uploaded file disappeared.
