Import skip file showing 'unknown method'

I'm trying to do an import (only 50 records) - but it keeps skipping all the records with an 'unknown method' error.

I've tried it multiple times with the same error. I believe I've mapped all the fields properly. But it keeps failing.


Any ideas?

    Hi @parnell , there are a few common reasons imports might not be successful, such as having formulas in your import document or incorrect mapping. If you haven’t done so, please check our “importing data” guide here to ensure you’ve completed all the recommended steps.

    As an aside - I tried to get some help via your chat app 3x on this yesterday. All 3x I could NOT reach a live person. Your AI bot just kept looping me around the same content. It was/is VERY frustrating to not be able to reach anyone.

    Momentary? Just read your chat boards. You have people on here who haven't been able to get support since 12/8!!

    That's nearly two weeks.
