Measure time to stage

Hi, I'm trying to measure the average time it takes to move our deals to a certain stage.

I know how to measure the time to Lost and Win, and also the mean time in a stage. But I want to measure the days since the deal was created until it reaches a certain stage.

Why? Because that stage is when our team finishes qualifying the request of the client and we need to measure that time. But there are 3 stages before.
